You
know that a movie is great when you are still sitting in
your seat when the credits have finished scrolling; that
is exactly what happened at the conclusion of "High Fidelity".
To simply put it, it is still good to know that a good film
could be made without the use of high - tech special effects.
"High Fidelity" tells the story of a man whose girlfriend
leaves him for another man. He, Rob (John Cusack), then
goes through a list of previous relationships, calling his
past loves, and trying to figure out why he is so unlucky
and gets dumped all the time. Along the way, the film pulls
the audience in and makes you feel everything that goes
on. The conclusion - no exclusion - makes you feel every
bit of itself; whether negative or positive you have to
see for yourself.
The great thing about the movie is that it is like real
life and doesn't seem like the usual fairy tail stories.
Realistic emotional pain is felt throughout the picture
and everyone from young to old can relate to the characters.
In addition, the characters are also closer to the real
world. As all people, the individuals in "High Fidelity"
are far from perfect, but they don't make out - of - this
- world mistakes like blow up the world; they mess up in
ordinary life situations, making the viewers be able to
say, "I hear you, bro!" Overall, the movie was great and
it gets a global A+.
